I joined Heritage of Weston as a Sales Executive in February 2009, progressing to Business Manager in 2013 and then into my current position of Sales Manager in 2015. I work with great people and get to sell a fantastic product with VW. As part of my role I get to put a sales process in place and watch it come to life. I really enjoy working with and developing a team, taking real satisfaction in helping them find their confidence and achieve great things.
I made the best decision of my professional life when I joined Heritage in February 2012. I began working as a Van Sales Driver, Telesales Operator then Sales Development Manager with Yeovil TPS. I had always wanted to get into Sales and in 2016 I had the opportunity to move to Yeovil Skoda as a Sales Executive. Now I get to be spend more time with customers in a job I love! The training and help I have been given by Heritage have helped me achieve things I didn’t think were possible a few years back. There have been lots of highlights including the chance to drive 7 different super cars including a McLaren and Lamborghini, something I will remember forever.
I started my career with Heritage in May 2013 and have worked in both Yeovil Skoda and Salisbury Audi, working my way up from Business Manager to Used Car Sales Manager. Heritage has been a great company to learn and develop new skills and every day presents a new challenge. I am part of a team that is fully motivated to deliver great customer service and I particularly enjoy sharing the feedback with the team. Plus driving an Audi isn’t too bad either! My proudest moment with Heritage was being part of the team that made Yeovil Skoda retailer of the year in 2013 and most recently being promoted to Sales Manager at Audi.
Having fallen into the motor trade in January 2015 almost by accident, I now can’t imagine working anywhere else! There is such a vast array of job possibilities and it is great seeing the rapid progression of technology on both the vehicles themselves and also within the dealership. I love working for such an iconic brand and my proudest moment was definitely being asked to take up my current role as Service Manager.
I joined the Contact Centre team as an advisor in 2012. Being part of a team which deals with all the brands brings something different to the table every day, it’s never dull! I am able to help customers with whatever problems they may have on a daily basis and there’s nothing better than the job satisfaction of doing that and I definitely get that here. I have been promoted to a Senior Advisor and now have extra responsibility so I must be doing something right. I was also chosen to work in the Heritage Values working group and I got to meet people from all the different sites. It was great to see that our opinions and inputs really did count.
