As an Apprentice Technician at Heritage Automotive, you will learn accurate and skilful undertaking of the repair and servicing of motor vehicles, and work with other departments to facilitate the servicing and repair of vehicles. You will understand how to detect and diagnose any faults for repair, safely complete work, and comply with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines. You will ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines. Your fulfilment of all tasks contributes to the complete satisfaction of customers whilst helping retailers to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.

As a Heritage Automotive Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will learn to identify the parts requirements of customers, maintain parts stock and stock records, and process parts orders efficiently. You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, contributing to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

As a Heritage Automotive Apprentice Service Advisor, you will learn to how to provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing, and registering new cars.
