The Service Technicians of today work within a team at one of our retailers, equipped with the latest technology, in pristine environments. You will be servicing and maintaining the latest brand products and diagnosing complex faults using leading edge technology. Our ideal Service Technician apprentice will be logical, great at problem solving and have an interest in new technology.

Parts Advisor

Duration: 1 Year

A Parts Advisor is a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service and customers. You will develop knowledge of our brands products to understand the purpose of vehicle parts and how they function. Our ideal Parts Advisor apprentice will be organised, able to give straight forward advice and deliver excellent customer service

Apprenticeship FAQs

If you have a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) Maths, English and Science at Grade A – C (4- 9), you could be our next Heritage Brand Accredited Apprentice. Some of our courses may accept lower grades or equivalent.

The duration of an apprenticeship depends on your chosen programme, they can take any time from 12 months – 3 years.

Anyone over the age of 16 years old can apply for an apprenticeship, there is no upper age limit.

You will receive a dedicated mentor in your place of work, become part of a larger team within the business, receive visits from your assessor coach, and have expert trainers on-hand throughout block release training and when you’re back in the workplace.
