Financial

EAP provides online resources to help you manage your financial wellbeing, in addition to practical and confidential support from advisors for your financial concerns.

Life Assurance

From the  moment you start working for Heritage Automotive to the time you leave, your life will be assured to a value of three times your basic salary. In the event of your untimely death, the named person in your expression of wish will receive your Life Assurance.

Pensions

A pension service is provided to all Heritage Employees through Nest and People’s Pension with a 3% contribution based on your basic salary from us, and a 5% contribution from you. By setting money aside for your retirement, this will help you maintain your standard of living.

Long Service Award

The Long Service Award is a one-off bonus payment to our staff members who have been with the company for a significant number of years, recognizing their loyalty and dedicated long service.

Holiday Added for Birthdays!

You are allotted 22 days per year of annual leave and there are eight bank holidays, enabling you to take a well-deserved break from the workplace, subject to the holiday booking process.

And, if your birthday falls on a working day (Monday-Friday), you will receive an additional day of leave to take on your birthday. Happy birthday from Heritage!

Cycle to Work Scheme

The Cycle to Work Scheme allows employees to purchase a bicycle through their earnings. Employees can purchase a bicycle and make payments over a period of 12 months. Repayments are taken out before wages are paid, in a term known as a “salary sacrifice”. This scheme is available to everyone, subject to the successful completion of probation terms, which can be found in “People Policies”.

As a Heritage Automotive employee, you and your family members can take advantage of our staff discounts, including a discounted labour rate (please speak to your Head of Business), discounted MOT rates, parts orders at cost price plus five percent (for personal use only).

However, it’s not all work and no play at Heritage Automotive. We love to have fun, too! It’s our style. We are heavily involved in sponsorship deals such as half-marathons, junior rugby teams, and the annual Bath & West Show. As a member of staff, you can expect to be called upon to help out at or keep in touch regarding these events. No two days at Heritage Automotive are the same! We expect the best from our team members, but that is only achievable by first treating them as the best.
