As the Head of HR, you will oversee the HR functions across the business. Working with the Managing Director, you will develop and implement our people management strategy by directing change and organisational development. Promoting positive culture, growth, sustainability, and protecting the company’s goals and legislation-aligned values is crucial as the Head of HR.
As a Recruitment Coordinator at Heritage Automotive, you will have a crucial role in helping the business attract, assess, and onboard top talent to support our continued growth and success. This ensures that we recruit the best people for Heritage Automotive. Working in partnership with the Heads of Business, you will facilitate their recruitment needs to source and attract quality candidates. You are expected to manage multiple candidates simultaneously and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Because this role is part of Human Resources (HR), you will also be expected to offer HR support as needed.
The Senior HR Advisor is hands-on, contributing to efficiently running the HR department through providing expertise on employee relations, performance management, and attendance to managers and employees. You will coach the business on the best practice of people management and legislation. This role reports directly to the head of HR.
As a Heritage Automotive HR Administrator, your job will be to conduct new joiner and leaver administration, including the preparation and issuing of contractual documentation, reference checking, and scheduling induction training for new hires in accordance with company procedures. You will prepare and distribute HR documentation and correspondence, maintain all relevant employee data and files in line with the UK Data Protection Act, oversee the company recruitment process, and ensure vacancies are advertised accordingly. Data collection and analysis, general administration support for the HR team, and responding to and resolving administrative inquires is also a part of this job.
