As a Head of Business at Heritage Automotive, you will develop a strategy to increase revenue and profit in all business areas in accordance with a growth plan, defining retailer policies in compliance with legal and manufacturer guidelines. You will also control cash flow, stocks, and assets to achieve a satisfactory return on investment. You need to ensure that retailers are accurately staffed, generating enthusiasm for the Brand Guiding Principles and Brand Values. You guarantee that managers and staff are committed to customer satisfaction and excellent service.

Your role as a Heritage Automotive Aftersales Manager includes maximising revenue and profitability through the sale of labour, parts, and materials. You will effectively manage and develop your team to achieve financial performance goals and customer experience targets.

As a Heritage Automotive Sales Manager, you will strive to not only meet, but exceed all targets and sales objectives by leading a well-developed and motivated sales team. You will formulate policies and procedures to reach maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales. This is achievable through customer satisfaction and retention, which helps the retailer meet their industry-leading process efficiency and cost control standards. You also need to ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

As a Heritage Automotive Transaction Manager, you will achieve maximum, balanced profitability on sales of new and used cars, and of finance and insurance policies, in line with market share/penetration targets to achieve new and used car targets for both Heritage Automotive and the brands we represent. You will ensure the implementation and management of the sales and referral processes, and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. Increasing customer loyalty is crucial to your success in this role. You must also work with Sales Specialists to increase customer awareness of the range of products offered, including finance products, payment protection insurance, guaranteed asset protection, fixed cost maintenance, mechanical breakdown insurance, paint protection, and finance facilities. You will help your retailer achieve industry-leading standards of excellent customer care and efficiency of processes undertaken.

As General Sales Manager for Heritage Automotive Bikes, you must strive to achieve, and ideally exceed, all targets and sales objectives with your well-developed and motivated sales team. You will formulate policies and procedures to reach maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales. This is achievable through customer satisfaction and retention, which helps the retailer meet their industry-leading process efficiency and cost control standards. You also need to ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

As a Service Manager for Heritage Automotive, you are required to be a leader involved in long-term coaching and the development of the team whilst identifying and taking action towards market opportunities as they arise. You will be responsible for departmental administration, including financial reconciliation, process reviews that include site safety, mentoring and assisting team members in developing their skills, conducting risk assessments, and managing the training of technical and service teams for  their accreditations.
