At Audi Swindon, we don’t just maintain vehicles - we protect the Audi brand, deliver exceptional customer journeys, and lead with innovation. We’re now looking for a proven Aftersales Manager to take full ownership of our aftersales operation and lead it to the next level.

The Role

As Aftersales Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working closely with the Head of Business to oversee every aspect of the customer’s aftersales journey. You’ll inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and absolute adherence to Audi brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Aftersales Department, ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations
• Drive a high-performing, motivated workshop and front-of-house team
• Plan and control workflow to deliver a streamlined, cost-effective operation
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase productivity and maximise profit
• Act as a senior point of contact for customers, confidently resolving escalated issues
• Manage all aspects of warranty, service, repair, technical queries, and MOTs
• Communicate daily expectations, workloads, and business priorities clearly and effectively
• Ensure the workshop environment is clean, compliant, safe, and fully aligned with Audi brand standards
• Build strong professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and manufacturer partners

About You

You will be an experienced Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience successfully running an Aftersales Department
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• A methodical, organised approach and strong attention to detail
• Confidence operating at senior level in a premium brand environment
• A full, clean UK driving licence
