At Audi Swindon, we don’t just maintain vehicles - we protect the Audi brand, deliver exceptional customer journeys, and lead with innovation. We’re now looking for a proven Aftersales Manager to take full ownership of our aftersales operation and lead it to the next level.
The Role
As Aftersales Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working closely with the Head of Business to oversee every aspect of the customer’s aftersales journey. You’ll inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and absolute adherence to Audi brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Aftersales Department, ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations

Drive a high-performing, motivated workshop and front-of-house team

Plan and control workflow to deliver a streamlined, cost-effective operation

Identify and implement opportunities to increase productivity and maximise profit

Act as a senior point of contact for customers, confidently resolving escalated issues

Manage all aspects of warranty, service, repair, technical queries, and MOTs

Communicate daily expectations, workloads, and business priorities clearly and effectively

Ensure the workshop environment is clean, compliant, safe, and fully aligned with Audi brand standards

Build strong professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and manufacturer partners
About You
You will be an experienced Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Previous experience successfully running an Aftersales Department

Confidence operating at senior level in a premium brand environment

A full, clean UK driving licence
