Heritage Automotive and Blade Motorcycles are looking for a CRM & Marketing Data Executive to join our marketing team. This varied role has a strong focus on customer data, CRM management and reporting, alongside supporting wider marketing activity across brands including Audi, Honda, Škoda, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda Motorcycles and Triumph.

A large part of the role involves the day-to-day maintenance and cleansing of our customer databases, running reports and managing GDPR and marketing preferences. You’ll also help us use this data to better understand campaign performance, marketing spend and ROI, while supporting the wider team with email, social media, website updates and other marketing activity.

This role is based at our Salisbury office and is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note, this is an office-based position with no remote working available.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer data quality, cleansing and ongoing CRM/database maintenance
  • Run regular reports and update customer GDPR and marketing preferences
  • Prepare, segment and extract customer data for marketing campaigns
  • Produce campaign reports and help analyse marketing performance, spend and ROI
  • Support email, SMS and other customer marketing campaigns
  • Assist with website updates, content and social media
  • Help deliver promotions, events and day-to-day marketing activity
  • Resolve customer data queries and identify opportunities to improve data quality

About you:

  • Experience in data administration, CRM, marketing or a similar role
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and carrying out regular administrative tasks
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and reporting
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • An interest in marketing and willingness to support both creative and data-led activity
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel

Desirable:

  • CRM, database, email marketing or CMS experience
  • Experience producing reports or analysing campaign performance
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing or analytics tools
  • Automotive, motorcycle or retail experience

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and detail but wants more variety than a traditional data administration role. You’ll play an important part in keeping our customer data accurate and compliant, while gaining hands-on experience across campaign reporting, CRM, digital marketing, websites, social media and customer communications.
