Master Technician – Salisbury Volkswagen

Are you a highly skilled vehicle technician with a passion for precision, performance, and leading automotive brands? Salisbury Volkswagen, part of the respected Heritage Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Master Technician to join our expert team.

The Role

You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold Volkswagen’s renowned standards. You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues. A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best. You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.

About You

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced technician with NVQ Level 3 (or above) and a strong background in diagnostics and technical work. You’ll bring leadership qualities, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to support others in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with reputable or prestige brands is highly desirable, along with a commitment to delivering service excellence every day.
