The Role
We are looking for an individual with previous parts sales experience or transferable skills who can provide excellent customer service while promoting and selling Volkswagen Genuine Parts and Accessories.
You will be part of a small, experienced, and dedicated team, where enthusiasm for premium brands and attention to detail will be key to success.
About You
Ideally, you will have experience working in a parts department and possess a basic mechanical understanding or automotive knowledge, although this is not essential. You will be highly organised, able to follow dealership processes, and confident in prioritising your workload.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, along with good numeracy and literacy skills to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
