Summary
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring vehicle orders, registrations, invoicing, and customer documentation are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will play a key role in supporting the customer journey from vehicle order through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out all sales administration duties in line with company policies and procedures.

Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy and organisation within the sales administration function.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

Maintain accurate vehicle files, records, and documentation.

Monitor and coordinate the progress and delivery of retail and fleet vehicles.

Ensure all vehicle documentation, compliance requirements, and checks are completed correctly.

Process vehicle orders, registrations, and invoicing efficiently.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth vehicle handovers.

Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks to help achieve department objectives.
