The Role

As the Showroom Host, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome while promoting the premium image of Swindon Audi. 
 
You will assist with managing customer arrivals, directing enquiries to the relevant departments, and ensuring the showroom environment remains welcoming and professional at all times. 
 
This position is a weekend-only role, working Saturdays and Sundays.

About You

You will have proven experience in customer service, ideally within a premium retail, hospitality, or automotive environment. You will be personable, well-presented, and confident communicating with customers from all backgrounds.
