Smart Repair Technician

At Audi Swindon, we don’t just maintain vehicles - we protect the Audi brand, deliver exceptional customer journeys, and lead with innovation. We’re now looking for a proven Aftersales Manager to take full ownership of our aftersales operation and lead it to the next level.

We are looking for a skilled Smart Repair Technician to join us at the start of this journey.

This role includes working 40 hours per week and will be central to delivering high-quality cosmetic and minor body repairs, supporting our commitment to exceptional vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out smart repairs including minor panel damage, paintwork preparation, masking and polishing
• Mix and apply paint products to a consistently high standard
• Repair or replace damaged panels in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain tools, equipment and a safe, clean working environment
• Assist with customer enquiries and repair quotations when required

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in smart repair or vehicle body repair
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently while supporting a growing operation
• Committed to health, safety and outstanding customer care
