Smart Repair Tyre & Wheel Technician

As part of Heritage’s new Smart Repair venture based in Salisbury, we are seeking a Smart Repair Tyre & Wheel Technician to support alloy wheel refurbishment and tyre repair within our growing operation.

This is a customer-facing role, working 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday and combining high-quality technical workmanship with excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish alloy wheels, including diamond cut wheels
• Prepare wheels for paintwork and apply paint finishes to a high standard
• Remove, repair, balance and refit tyres
• Operate specialist wheel refurbishment machinery
• Meet and greet customers, manage enquiries and assist with quotes
• Ensure vehicles, tools and equipment are handled with care and kept safe and clean
• Adhere to all health, safety and housekeeping standards

About You

• Proven experience in tyre fitting and alloy wheel refurbishment
• Confident working independently with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Able to support a growing business and adapt to a varied role
